Well, I'm sure he sparred and did everything like a normal camp. Robles said when they dropped weight Amdy said it make him feel weak so he resumed eating as normal.

Weight loss makes every fighter in camp feel weak...Ruiz is a professional boxer, it's called weight discipline.

Boxing isn't just about working on your technique, it also about living the life style while in camp.

Ruiz will get gassed by the mid-round pressuring Joshua throwing combination because we all know that Joshua will HIT and RUN. Once Ruiz is gassed, his technique will be out the window because all he will be concerned with is catching a breather.

Joshua will stand his ground and unload on him then.

Piss poor strategy by Ruiz team.

Thats interesting. Maybe so. There are a lot of people who warned Ruiz not to lose weight too fast. Also, If he gained a little muscle and with the weight of his clothes on he is not really heavier than last time, about the same weight actually.

            LOL...that's spin boss.

he does weight 268 lbs (the weight for his first fight)...even wit hall that on, it's at most 2-3 lbs.

Plus if it was all muscle, why didn't he take his shirt off?

The food eaten, the extra weight of the clothes, etc it all detracts from that amount of weight. There may be even more to this but at the very least this much is true. Also, why did he not take stuff off if he wanted to be lighter? No Andy never cared about looking good, and you can see his build under the shirt, he is not realy flabby. Think it through... If I wanted to appear my lightest I would buff down far as I could. He didn't even take his hat off.
