Ruiz is a decent fighter in a weak HW era with Joshua and Wilder being overrated. Fury's size and awkwardness would give any of the top 90s HWs a problem, but for a giant of a man he is feather fisted. The way I see it, the HW division is pretty open, with no dominant force, which makes for fun match ups if the fight each other.

But before that lucky punch, AJ was busting him up and put him on his ass!

Ruiz is a very average fighter. AJ is going to teach him a boxing lesson for 10 rounds. Andy will be saying No mas!
You one of the ******est motherfuccers on here for calling it a lucky punch!
You gonna tell me Ruiz dropped AJ FOUR times with one lucky punch??
Think about it you dumb fucc!

One punched knocked him down four times?

That's one hell of a punch.

I would not state that he is average, he is well schooled and very efficient in how he fights. 'From a technical perspective, no heavyweight in this era is really massively great'. Ruiz Junior for his style does nothing really wrong 'He can bob & weave ,cut the ring off, and throw good combinations etc'.

Ruiz Junior fought his perfect fight last time, he is only really going to try and duplicate that performance/style. Joshua had more room for improvement, and adjustments that his team know he can make 'But the question is 'Can Anthony Joshua implement such a game plan?'

I am still picking Joshua to win, but I do feel as if he has overcooked it in training.

We have to give Ruiz credit. He fought a good fight. Lewis, Holyfield, Tyson, Foreman and other boxing legends endorsed him. He has fast hands. He may not look like a natural fighter but he can sure still fight. He has heart, humility and is a tough SOB.

Ruiz is a very good boxer, he proved it against Parker who he had running and he proved it against Joshua who he knocked out. You want to know who is average and overhyped then look no further than Luis Ortiz, he is exactly what you would describe in your OP.

He's a very good boxer, not on the Fury level, but more skilled than Joshua.
