Kudos to him for his win over Adames & getting recognized as a full titleholder after Munguia vacated. Sucks for him that his first defense is gonna be Castano. Castano is a very tough customer. Texeira definitely gonna hafta prove fast that he's worthy of his champion status with this one.

Yes. I think those were threats to the WBO to get their **** together. Look at all the money Fox is putting into the sport. Do they really want to continue to be beholden to Arum and miss out on all that money? Not just the money but the prestige of having their belts/champs on tv in front of millions.
