Andrade continues to have no good or dangerous middleweights on his record while demanding the big fights. This guy is ranked 24th by boxrec and has won very few of his fights by KO. Many better and higher ranked and harder punching middleweights Andrade could defend his title against but he isn't doing it. Neither he nor Jermall has ever defeated a dangerous top middleweight yet.

Andrade has asked to fight Saunders and agreed to fight Saunders 3X! He signed to fight him when first signing with Hearn when Saunders tested positive for Roids, Asked again to fight him months later and recently BEGGED to fight him on the last venue in CA and offered to fight him at 168 with no concessions! Andrade was told "that wasn't in their plans" Andrade can't do anything except ask and he always agree to fight them for the $ they offer which he absolutely did... what else is he supposed to do!

The context is the Canelo fight. As I insinuated, I'm willing to bet that if Andrade went to 168 to have the WBO mandate the 160 vs the 168, BJS could quite possibly vacate. Therefore, Andrade uses the position as leverage for DAZN to make the fight with Canelo since Andrade would be a 3 Division champ should he win a vacant 168 if BJS ditched

Just enjoying life mate, has two young daughters, and has a well paid job as an aircraft electrician. I think he probably lacks the desire to ever box again tbh, plus he’s had several hand injuries so that’s probably a factor as well.

Andrade and Bud are both in the same boat to me.. they're both content with the amount of money they are getting, vs the type of opponent they fight, while relying on the narrative they are "boogie men" and so good nobody of note wants to fight them..

Hope they are paying him well at least. Hearn couldn't at least get him Jacobs? What about the Golden Boy middleweights? GGG? If DAZN or Hearn wanted him in a big fight he would have been in one. He does not sell tickets and they won't put him in against someone who does unless they are promoted by someone else like a BJS, or Charlo.

I hate to say it, but it maybe time he dropped Hearn. Even on DAZN he isn't getting any notable fights. Andrade's matchmaking is worse than Crawford's

Until DAZN forces GGG, Canelo or any of the others to get in the ring there isn’t a damn thing Andrade can do. He even tried to get in the ring when they were interviewing GGG after the Derevyenchenko fight to confront GGG and they literally stopped him !!! Watch the commentary during the interview. They mentioned the commotion during the interview. The commotion was ANDRADE trying to get to GGG !!

Yes he is. That’s the problem. The only way around fighting the top 15 guys is to fight the other champions to unify and NOBODY wants the unification fight with Andrade. He’s too skilled and difficult to fight and the other Champions will avoid him at almost all costs !
