Time is time, but he sells well at home, sells well in Brooklyn, is now set for a nice fight with the Korobov-EubankJr for 2020, and he's the 1A option for the presumptive May date with Canelo (since no one has stood out, Andrade hasn't gotten another chance to not stink out, and Alvarez still wants nothing to do with Golovkin)
That’s the same thing bud is doing. He and charlo doing the same thang. Next year Bud has Ramirez, Taylor and Prograis waiting for him plus likely Boots Ennis. He has more options next year than Charlo.

You fibbed about Charlo selling well in BK. Have u seen the groupon and slashing of tix prices? He doesn’t sell more than crawford at MSG. Key word is sell and not what tickets Haymon buys and gives away by the brick.

Also Charlo already turned down Korobov for this upcoming fight so don’t be so sure he will fight him next year.

Bills got covered, promoters got paid for their work, the purses for the card were covered, and anything that was left went to the fighter who "owned" the show, with Haymon taking his 10%-15% (while also getting his piece from every other fighter on the bill earning above the assumed $250k purse threshold).

Errol Spence Jr made far more money than you want to acknowledge, because he gets a piece of everything, and his manager/advisor makes sure he gets a piece of everything.

Can't say the same for Crawford
The fighter doesn’t own the show. TGB gets a 100k after expenses fee to put on the show. Man down doesn’t even have a full staff Lmaoooo.

Man down is just a way to funnel the money to Spence with less taxes. Same way that MO Promotions and Marquez Promotions worked for years with Top Rank.

Spence got more than his listed purse like almost every upper level fighter does no matter the promoter. The promotional company is just a tax shelter. U know it and I know. Haymon owns the show. It’s creative accounting for the fighters which is good for their bottom line.

        What's been made up?

Spence-Danny and Spence-Pacquiao are both PPV matchups that will make money, and you have Spence-Thurman there (assuming Keith gets a couple wins back) too.

5 PPV events that all likely make money, and you're basically at the point that Spence-TBA is a PPV matchup that makes money, lol.

All while Crawford missed so bad on his second try at PPV, that Bob Arum seemingly has no plans on ever trying again with Crawford, with open talk of taking Crawford out of the country for the right site fee, lol.
u made up Spence porter doing over 300k buys when it did closer to 275k.

Wilder Ortiz is another money loser just like Spence Porter when you have a 8 and 5 mil guarantee and are 125k boys under 400k. Plus the purses for benavidez and Dirrell were paid made sure it bombed.

If you want to hang you hat on Crawford being enough to drag three 140lbers up, that's on you.

Charlo has the Hogan fight on Saturday, and will head into 2020 with the Korobov-EubankJr winner and potentially Jarrett Hurd as his best in-house options (with Canelo on DAZN being good on the right deal).

And he's got more room to develop here.

Crawford got $3m, or $5m, or whatever the number was; and likely didn't get much else if we're honest.

Spence's listed purse was whatever it was, but the money that he actually earned, to him and through his passthrough, likely dwarfed $5m.

Even if the number was 275k (final number is whatever), that's $10m on the PPV, to go with another $2.3m from the live gate.

And that's not counting the sponsors, any of the closed circuit, the international TV, or whatever other revenues there were.

No one hit the motherload, but it's interesting to see how things stack up when you simply do the math.

Crawford doesn’t have to beef up 3 140 pounders Lmaoooo. Crawford started at 135 himself nice try tho. And by the way who is Charlo fighting Saturday? Oh thats right a beefed up. no power 154 pounder lmaooooo you just do it to yourself time and time again.

Charlo could be fighting korobov on Saturday instead of the beefed up 154 pounder but turned it down

Crawford got 5.5 for khan. Spence got more for porter but pbc lost a lot of money for that fight. But it sold 75-80k more ppvs so he should have made more but it didn’t dwarf what crawford made.

When you have 13 mil to the main event 2 mil to co feature plus rest of card and other expenses it’s easy to see the card was in the red.

Spence would only get a % of the PPV pie. and this was a marquee fight which generated this money. so it may add up to may be 7 million $

But, Spence wont earn this much fighting Cralos Ocampoes and Lamont Petersons of the world, while Crawford keeps making around 5 million dollar each fight
