Comments Thread For: Crawford: Frustrating Not To Face PBC Fighters, Nothing I Can Do

WBO welterweight champion Terence Crawford (35-0, 26 KOs) is hunting for the big fights, but they do not appear to be on the horizon. Crawford is scheduled to return on December 14th at Madison Square Garden in New York City. He will make a mandatory defense against unbeaten Egidijus Kavaliauskas, who is a tremendous underdog heading into the fight.

Might as well fight Kell Brook. You have no other options.

Of all the names listed in the article only pac, garcia, porter and thurman are good names for crawford. The others are just a waste of time. Not that it matters.

Bud is the number 1 Welter and everybody at the PBC knows Crawford walks through the PBC Welters so Bud aint getting anywhere near any of them unless he considers signing up with them. When they choose to pretend you or your belt doesnt even exist you know they ducking you hard.

I can realistically see Crawford vs Spence in 2020 via PPV but sadly that will be the only PBC welterweight that Crawford will fight unless he beats Spence which would force all PBC fighters to face Crawford since he would have at least three of the major belts.

Well fight who you can fight then. Beat Bes***** and win the WBA title. That's two titles at Welter and the WBA Super champ being forced to fight you if the WBA honors its own rules.

Bob has the money to make them honor it.

Thing is with Crawford is with the PBC hiding their fighters from him he cant fight the biggest names to raise his profile and earnings. But Boxing fans can see whats going on here, Boxing fans can see Bud is the best Welter. So for Boxing fans all this is doing is turning Bud into the Welterweight Boogeyman. True Boxing fans wont hold Crawfords Welterweight record against him cuz true Boxing fans know that it is not his fault. The PBC are just playing business games in the middle of a sport and having their entire WW stable hide from Crawford in the hopes it forces him to sign up with them.

It is what it is but when i see PBC fangimps talking about how weak Crawfords Welterweight resume is it counts for NOTHING. Bud wipes out all the fighters PBC hold at the weight including Errol Kinevil Spence.

Yeah but Pac has claim of the Super title. A lot of these organizations are cowardly and wont strip a star besides the IBF.

When his contract is up he should sign with the PBC. It's so plain and simple that even a fool can comprehend it. It's a known fact that Al Haymon holds all the cards at the welterweight division.
