Comments Thread For: Joshua Got Advice From Klitschko Ahead of Ruiz Rematch

Didn't Klitschko used to have the ring canvas padded extra to slow down mobile fighters? Yeah, do that, and then jab to keep Ruiz on the outside and clinch every time he gets too close.

Ruiz style would have been bad for Wlad too.

Wlad told him to jab, grab and lean on him for 12 rounds. Ruiz is a low-IQ fighter - Joshua should be ashamed of himself. I have Joshua in the rematch. I think he'll box and make it boring and take the victory. Ruiz couldn't even beat Parker when Parker didn't engage and just out-boxed him.

You're out of your mind, pu55y. Wlad would have jabbed Ruiz before he ended it with a left hook or right hand. You really don't know what Wlad was like in his prime, do you pu55y?

Exactly, Lennox will get him KO'd again telling him to triple jab and just go for the KO like the Rahman rematch. Joshua isn't built like that.

Good to see Joshua is listening to some good advice. It is a complicated puzzle, getting ready for this fight next week. But if he keeps Ruiz at the end of his jab, doesn't take chances, he should come out fine.
