Top Rank using Crawford's card to promote Lomachenko

How do you play the “race card” when race isn’t even mentioned? The only people who’ve brought up race is you people crying about a race card.

Commey vs. Teo is the fight of the night. That fight was actually made before the Crawford vs Mean Machine fight. They threw Crawford on the main event to draw viewers to the card so we can listen to them talk about Lomachenko all night.

The investment they've made in fighters around Lomachenko to make sure he has legitimate opponents and their promotions behind him is how you build a star.

Bob even said Crawford's fight isn't going to be a good fight.

This reminds me alot when Bob was pulling that BS on Floyd. Said he would never make what he offered Floyd to fight Cheato and he made that on his OWN fighting Baldomir. Top Rank was ALL-IN on promoting Cheato over Floyd.

I find it hard to understand why an American ww is secondary to a Russian LW when it come to an American promotional company.

This ain’t a Manny and cotto dynamic where one guy is a huge star and bob chooses a mega star over him.

Crawford has the built in base in Omaha that draws well that Loma doesn’t have.

And I'm the last one to hate on that! He's doing what he LOVES and making good $$$. He's doing the BEST thing for his family and himself. Bob gave him this GREAT opportunity and he appreciates that. He's a loyal guy what can you say...Sure I would love to see him against the best. But it takes two to tangle.
