Skinny AJ is a huge mistake

The lad is too thin he’s gone the opposite direction than what he needed in this fight. He should’ve bulked up more so he gets more power behind his shots and finishes Ruiz this time. A skinny AJ might not be able to take a punch. Bad coaching here simple as.

Yeah Wilder should bulk up also. Lol. I dunno we'll see how it goes.

Wilder is a naturally lanky man he will always be thin.

AJ on the other hand is a colossus and has a larger frame he should bulk up because last time he obviously couldn’t take the punch of the heavier man. If AJ loses too much weight he might be faster but his punch resistance might go out the window with it

Maybe having a little less mass behind his punches will be offset by more velocity. It’s worth a try, although he knocked Ruiz off his feet, I didn’t see Ruiz hurt at any point during the first fight. Ruiz was never on unsteady legs.

He's barely larger framed without all the weight training focus and supplements he's taken.

He's more bulked up Evander than a naturally broad Mike Tyson or George Foreman.

The fact he's dropped so much mass since just the last fight in June shows his body is quick to go back to a more slender frame without the right training and supps.

I was 6'4 250 solid and I was always huffing and puffing when I did cardio. Im now 225 and cardio is so much easier. That mass looks good but man it takes it toll.

Just be interesting to see how he performs.

No, that’s his natural size. He’s not skinny - he’s just leaner with less definition. His arms are still massive - he only just reduced the bloated look and unnecessary pump muscles.

This is more like AJ. He got big for the Wlad fight and has been terrible since then looking for more power, thus ending up with utter shyte conditioning. He’s going to come in around 240 for this fight and he should be fluid, nimble and fast, while retaining the sting on his power.

You’re going to see the best Josh on Saturday.
