Sorry pal, but the good old "Dillian Whyte is a PED cheat" deflection maneuver won't work in a thread about the proven serial PED cheat Luis Ortiz.

Lol, Ortiz vs Usyk would be like a turtle trying to bite chunks out of a mongoose!

The funniest thing is that should he fight one of the other top 10 guys and lose it will be because he was “never the same after 2 fights with Wilder”. He should just retire with his 7 million and call it a day.
its ok, at least he has a great resume to fall back on during his prime years no fantasy needed. he was great!

“No. Hell no. No other heavyweight in the division can beat Luis,”

Haha at least fight someone else in the top 10 first!!

Ortiz has only really beaten Jennings who was good back then but Ortiz is old now. I see him in reality being ranked 6th at best. More likely 8th

Ortiz obviously still has something to offer, but I wouldn’t favor him over any top heavyweight now. I think he can still serve as an entertaining opponent for almost anyone, but his best days are simply too far behind him. And really, assuming he really is 40 (which I don’t believe he is) how many more fights does he have left? One? Two?

                Or...

The WBC has Ortiz as the mandatory...oh yeah. Hooray for Travis Kauffman and keeping Ortiz relevant.
Actually, the truth is Ortiz was a WBA mandatory for JOSHUA, but Hearn convinced Ortiz to step aside and allow Joshua to fight Klitschko for the WBA belt instead (similar to when Klitschko asked Wilder to step aside to fight Stiverne for the WBC belt, but Wilder refused to be frozen out).

Then after Joshua beat Klitschko, Hearn chose to renege on Ortiz again and had Joshua satisfy the IBF mandatory with Pulev. Even after Pulev refused, Ortiz was ignored yet again and Joshua somehow managed to fight Takam for the IBF mandatory. Ortiz realized he was getting the shaft, jumped out of the WBA rating, left Matchroom and Wilder gave him a shot. At the time, most people felt Ortiz was a solid contender and would beat Wilder...

After the fight, Ortiz was labelled an old man and yet nobody wanted to fight him because they KNEW he would beat them. Whyte was even MANDATED to fight Ortiz by the WBC, but he ignored the order and fought Lucas Browne instead. When Ortiz accepted Whyte's own challenge to fight on "Dec 22nd", Whyte suddenly realized he had to boost his offer to Chisora and had the rematch. Finally, Joshua offered to fight Ortiz, after Miller failed his tests, but by then Ortiz had already secured a more lucrative deal for the Wilder rematch. Joshua refused to match the Wilder offer and then proceeded to get the beat down of his life by a less-chiselled Ruz.

thats a strange way of rewriting history but joshua offered ortiz 7 million and haymon matched that. you got it backwards. the whole reason he got that much from pbc is because of joshua so he should thank joshua for setting him up for life. without him he gets his usual 1 mill or so.

Like I said, "the Dillian Whyte is a PED" cheat deflection maneuver doesn't work in a thread about the proven serial PED cheat Luis Ortiz.
