Why wasn't ortiz saved by the bell

He kinda got to his feet at ten and the time was already out.
Would have got a min to recover. He looked ok after 45 seconds.

Well you don't get saved by the bell for a start.
But if he was up at 10 I'd have given him the minute (or more if Vegas runs similar concussion rules to NY) to recover.
But it looks like he was counted out. In which case, it's a knockout.

kinda is the key word here. I might be wrong but I think Ortiz's glove was still on the canvas at ten.
