This was from a 30 minute sit-down interview, they picked like three 20 second segments and wrote this article. Doesn't make a lot of sense without the whole context.

And This dude Miguel Rivera doesn’t have a clue how to translate, or explain in English what Canelo was really saying. Canelo was referring to David Faitelson & Jorge Eduardo Sanchez in specific because Faitelson is one of the first ones to mention that Kovalev was a sell out, and he did not wanted to hurt Canelo.

Good interview it was about an hour long. Canelo pretty much put the interviewer David F. in his place.

Kovalev on the other hand making boxing as a sport look bad. Cant take an L like a man, if he didnt think he had a chance at winning then he shouldnt have taken the fight. Can only blame himself and his team. A fight cannot be unfair if everyone involved agreed to the terms. GTFOH.

It's not an excuse... that's basically what happened.

In the end though, Kovalev sold out his legacy for a massive payday.

Everyone knows kovelev went easy but ended up almost winning the fight so canelo took advantage of the half ass but the only one here to blame is sergey let that be a life lesson.
