A lot of talk in here like Ortiz was putting on a clinic. Not the case. Most of those rounds could've gone either way, in that they were both just feeling each other out and not landing anything.
Sure Ortiz was coming forward, but what does that matter if you don't land anything.Comment

This has got to be the worst production of a heavyweight title bout I have ever seen.

I hate watching Wilder be passive, it can be effective because if you only need to land once it limits risk. Still I like Wilder better (or anyone for that matter) when they are more proactive in making their weapons useful rather than waiting for a guy to mess up.
Wilder is the ultimate though at making guys pay for messing up he has slumped so many dudes that way.Comment
