Here's my question: could wilder have actually tried to fight, or did he just know it was inevitable?

He basically took the 1st 4 rounds off and did nothing. Was that because he was just waiting for the perfect spot (a strategy) or was he confused or tentative to get rocked?

He waited for Ortiz to gas which was showing at round's 5 and 6. 7, his punches were sloppy, he was gassing out. Ofc, Wilder got rid of him quickly.

We all knew what was going to happen. But I don't think I've ever seen Deontay throw so little before a stoppage though. That's what was so remarkable tonight.

It's got to the point where you cannot take him to a decision. You have to knock him out before he knocks you out.
