That said, Lennox all but admitted that he can't accept what he witnessed, Fury literally slapping Wilder around for 12 rounds. Even in the knockdown round it was all Fury in the 2nd half and Lennox can't seem to come to grips with it.

You just nailed what we ex pats call the “empire mentality”....it’s a form of hyper entitlement. That Britain is always right and everyone else must bow to the “empire”....it’s strong in the English mentality eapecially moreso than the welsh, the Ulstermen, and the scots. If you don’t agree with them then yes, it’s some sort of conspiracy against the crown! You are wrong and they are right and they TRULY see the world this way....even though the empire crumbled mid last century

Funny how the man is called a shill for speaking his honest opinion.. Anyone on this site that claims Wilder isn't the best or can't box.. Ask yourself one serious question.. Which fighter would you rather fight? Wilder or Fury? If you could pick one to fight.. If your immediate thought was Wilder maybe you are telling the truth.. and you think he can't fight nor pose as much as a threat to you.. But if there is doubt.. Then perhaps you are nor being honest about how good someone is.. And the truth is Hatred has blinded you. Because threat factor was a scoring criteria back in the days.. When considering which fighter is the best was usually the last one someone wanted to fight.. But don't mind me.. I'm Mike Tyson Era.. Things have changed.

George Foreman didn’t get a title shot until his 38th fight, I think Bowe won the title in his 32nd fight, Tyson in his 28th win....not sure why his detractors brattle on about how many fights he’s had....it’s mean to be an insult to him but I’m not seeing the angle

That's some very odd logic by Lewis.

To my way of thinking, he seems very motivated to downgrade the two UK heavy's - AJ and Fury.

The Wallin fight performance by Fury doesn't mean a damn thing if Fury out boxed the stuffing out of Wilder (garbage result notwithstanding) - its the only H2H certain result (and it's recent too) that exists among the trio on which you base a comparison /analysis.

I'd have it Fury > Wilder > Joshua at the moment - likely to change over the next few weeks...placement atm largely determined by the Joshua loss to Ruiz and Fury's outboxing of Wilder. Isn't this pretty universal?

Re. Lewis, yes, either has some real jealousy / relevancy issues with fellow UK heavyweights (I've seen it before with Bruno, and he wasn't too complimentary with Audley Harrison either when opportunity to kick Audley came about), or yes, he's towing the corporate line.

Sad either way...though I suspect it's the former as Lewis doesn't need the money.

Fury absolutely beat Wilder.
Lewis can rewatch the fight and clearly see this.
