Why Would he NOT EVEN TRY to lose 1 Pound in an hour? Just do a short light workout and it should be EASY.

I knew a College Wrestler who Wrestled at 118 pounds he would always weigh himself 2 hours before the official weigh in, he was ALMOST ALWAYS 2-3 pounds over, He would eat a snicker bar for quick energy, then do 20-40 minutes of 10 pushups, 20 squats and 30 jumping jacks continuously, he would be sweating good and then would weigh himself after 20 minutes if he was still over he would do 10 minutes more, he said the most he ever did was 40 Minutes He ALWAYS MADE WEIGHT. It would likely work with jumping rope, sprinting for 15 seconds followed by 15 seconds of walking, lots of other ways if you don't like a certain exercise, NERY's Conditioning Coaches should know it is EASY to lose 1 pound in an hour EVEN if you are 118 pounds to begin with.

Man that 1 pound difference must make a huge difference in these lighter weights for Rodriguez to cancel the show even when offered more money.
Most casuals will be thinking FFS its only 1pound but hey in lower weights that 1pound would be equal to about 5pounds at higher weights.
Let me know if you think this equation is about right.
