No.1 the fight did not suck. Only casuals who don't understand what is going on will say that it ******. No.2, people were actually considering suing due to them not liking the fight and were blaming mayweather for "stinking out the place", not just pacquiao's "injury". Most of these guys are pro pacquiao fans and actually used pacquiao's "injury" as an excuse for pacman losing even though pacman got outclassed and outboxed most of the rounds. Where have you been?

(Reuters) - A U.S. appeals court on Thursday said boxing fans who felt cheated after learning that Manny Pacquiao had been injured before fighting Floyd Mayweather Jr. cannot pursue class-action litigation because the 2015 welterweight bout dubbed the “Fight of the Century” proved to be a letdown.

There are lawsuits in 2015 that were filed due to the fight being "boring" and included mayweather, HBO and showtime in the lawsuit.

People, no one is guaranteed an ''exciting'' fight. That is a subjective standard.

Fans have every right (OR SHOULD) to expect athletes to be healthy and in their best condition....Or let us fans know AHEAD OF TIME.

            Edit -
NFL let's everyone know who is injured and won't be playing
MLB let's everyone know who is scratched from the line up.
Boxing......let's keep it hush hush. We don't want boxers to feel they have to be 100 %.

No they don't. They have to make a call for themselves as to whether they are fit enough to fight.

Fighters claim injury, illness and all sorts of problems after fights. The response is always "You chose to go ahead with the fight".

Boxing fans know this. You can't guarantee you get the best condition fighter in there. All you can guarantee is that the fighters themselves have decided that they are fit enough to fight. And they certainly won't be sharing any limitations that they might have on fight night.

Boxers will tell you if they won't be fighting. That's the comparison.

Footballers don't have to declare that they're playing with an injury.

''They'' who, don't have to do ''what'' ?!?!?!
If they fight, THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO BE FIT.
Remind us all, what did Team Pac cry about AFTER the fight ?!?!?

People (MOSTLY Pac fans) say it's ok for a fighter to hide a preexisting injury that required surgery immediately after the fight but should sue if a fight isn't ''exciting'' enough !!!!!

                  I'm being trolled

                  Then don't fight
                  OR
Don't be a bltch and blame a poor performance due to some training camp injury.

You can't have it both ways.

Wait. I stand corrected. If you're a Pac fan, everything is allowed .

I don't follow soccer and could care less (or couldn't care less).

                    Exactly. He chose to fight.

I don't listen to any injury or illness talk after fights. Wilder had flu for the first Ortiz fight? Couldn't care less.

You either fight or you don't. That's the standard every boxer and boxing fan understands.

                      Sigh....

Everyone (Pac fans and those who claim to be neutral ) is so understanding of Pac hidden prefight injury THAT NEEDED IMMEDIATE SURGERY

I'm sure had May lost and blamed the loss on a training camp booboo, people would have won their lawsuit -

''Mr Mayweather. How dare you, sir, not disclose your SIGNIFICANT PREFIGHT INJURY THAT REQUIRED IMMEDIATE SURGERY to the paying public. That is no better than a bait and switch con job. You, sir, are most definitely held responsible for defrauding the public. Pay up and get out !''

But this is Pac we're talking about
