Plant will put up. I disagree with you on the outcome though. Plant takes it. I don't know why he cares what Benavidez walks around at. Even if when they fight Benavidez misses weight and can't make it Plant will still be fighting to unify, Benavidez's title would just be vacant

At least he's young but that's definitely not good for your body. If he was an older fighter it would probably be an exploitable fault but for now it's just him being potentially undisciplined. Also they are unsubstantiated claims as usual for stuff like this.

Benavidez was fat growing up, like Ruiz Jr. Difference is Ruiz Jr. don't care about diet.

And, ******* is a good suppressant for food cravings... it's a real practice

I thought he had good discipline between fights, because of how he lost all that weight back when he was a fat kid ?

Benavidez weighed 230+ when he was a 14yo kid

back when he was 14yo, he weighed 240 lbs and was sparring good heavyweights... but he was short and round, looked nothing like he is now
