Loma says hes not moving down to 130 anymore

Interviewer asked that Davis moved up now will he still move down to 130. He said everyone seems to be moving up to 135 now and he will have many choices at 135 next year so hes not sure he will move down. Only if some big opportunity with a top boxer presents itself at 130 he will go down.

There's guys at 130 and 135 I'd like to see him fight. I'd much prefer Lomachenko/Berchelt over Haney, Lopez, Davis at this point.

I agree, but that Loma/Berchelt fight would've been much better at 130 where Berchelt had established himself as a top guy.

I figured it would be at 130. What I meant is I'd rather Loma go down and fight Berchelt at 130 than fight Haney or Lopez at 135. Berchelt is more established and better right now.

130 is too close to 126.

And 126 is where the new baddest boogieman in the world fights, Shakur Stevenson.

Loma is already ducking. He don't want that Shakur smoke.

I have said the same a few weeks ago. With Davis at 135, Loma isn't going anywhere. A fight with Berchelt at 130, though lower grade than Davis, would be interesting in the interim.

Fight Berchelt in January and Davis in May. Forget that bogus IBF belt.

If Lomachenko wipes out the next crop of boxers moving into 135.

Where does that put him on the ATG list? Is he the greatest lightweight ever?

Beating Commey, Teofimo, Davis, and Haney. That's pretty wild at what? 32+? Maybe Farmer or Berchelt on top of that? Specially with the way he typically dominates fights.
