Right that's where I'm confused as well. Especially since Floyd fought exclusively in Vegas & handpicked USADA to do his testing. Can't recall the NSAC ever stepping in and forcing him to use VADA.

this whole situation is dumb. Jacobs is gonna beat Jr. Anyways they should just be testing him now and if he's clean let them fight. Danny isn't making any issue of it and he's the one fighting so what's the big deal?

That sounds like a Dougie quote!

I think we were all, okay a lot of us were shocked at how easily Martinez picked him to pieces. It was like a vulture pecking at a carcass. I mean Martinez is 1 of my most favorite fighters and while I thought he was 10 times the boxer Chavez was, even I was worried for him with the size disparity. I couldn't believe how little Chavez threw, it was so weird to watch. He's been game over ever since

Rosado's managed to stick around and get paid even with 12 losses. He's got 3 wins in four years:

        2015 - Joshua Clottey
        2016 - Jesus Antonio Guterriez
        2017 - Glen Tapia
