All of this just because he refuse to submit as sample? Do we even need proof at this point, he is admitting already that he is dirty

I question Jacobs as well for being willing to fight this guy still

personally I couldnt care less if Chavez fights or not, but it is an interesting legal argument.

How can a state "suspend" the license of someone who isnt licensed in the first place? Sure, I could see Nevada refusing to issue a license to him under these circumstances, but I dont see how you can "suspend" something that doesnt exist......

Chavez failed to make weight at 175 against Bravo. If he tries to make 168 without drugs he will be a zombie. This fight has BS written all over it.

They can suspend a license number even if the boxer is not active.

Wait so NSAC decided to VADA test Chavez before he signed for a fight and they decided that Jacobs/Chavez would be tested by VADA? Could swear their are plenty of big fights in Vegas where VADA isn't used. So the NSAC pick in choose who and what fights will be tested by VADA?

Might have been the same person who voted to put Broner in their P4P list some moons ago......

Nevada just wants a step aside fee from Eddie. Of course the hearing is on Dec. 18. Fight will go on.

Has anyone noticed how Chavez’s defense switched from “no one could provide me with a credential proving they were with the NSAC” to “they didn’t have jurisdiction because I’m not licensed”?
