But the fact and truth is Canelo threw the fight to Floyd and Haymon for his purse and a $5m bonus. And Canelo stayed silent on wanting a rematch with Floyd until recently when Floyd was retired. If Canelo was a true champion he would have demanded a rematch with Floyd for years and years. Canelo knew he wasn't allowed to do that.
