Most countries just aren't that into it.

India should be producing champions on population. They aren't. Nor Indonesia.
Boxing isn't big in India although that may change, plus athletes in India focus more on cricket and other sports

Cause out of western european countries only UK still has it. Other countries are "peaceful",
were conquered by somebody or lost significant part of its military elite..

Germany has a couple Schmeling, Huck. Poland is fairly notable. But the truth probably is, boxing isn't that big out there and what boxers they do have don't have the gyms to reach that world class level.

To be honest you could say the same about Africa and Asia, the Phillipines & Thailand has produced some talent same as Japan but if you exclude those (as you have excluded the UK/Eastern Europe) there aren't really the huge number of great fighters that you might think especially when you take into account the population of India, China, Indonesia etc.

Muamer Hukić (Huck) is Croatian by birth Adnan Catic (Sturm) is Bosnian by heritage, Stieglitz is Russian though part of the German diaspora, Culcay is Ecudorian, Abraham was of course Armenian... about the only decent native German boxer is Brahmer and he's more a product of the tail end of the old East German boxing program.

The Poles have some solid guys though.

What the Germans do have is a real solid educational system and world renowned vocational training... really ain't much call for smacking people around to earn a living, although judging by my experiences doing it for kinda light entertainment after a few beers ain't entirely unpopular... leastways if you go back a coupla decades...

Because mainland Europeans are not tough mother ****ers like us.......we have had 12 wars with the French and Spanish and lost just 1.
                Holland are pacifists.
                French to busy growing onions.
The Spanish are to busy drinking sangria and watching bullfights
The Italians well they don’t really have a back bone and would rather go but Gucci sunglasses and cook chips in there hair..
The Germans love starting wars but get beat so that pretty much is all of Europe lol

The English are the guvnors of Europe. Lol lol
