Yeah was glad to hear that! Other Networks and Promotions does seem to lean more Towards the Foreign fighters instead of actually promoting the American Fighters. Don't get me wrong, plenty of Foreign Fighters I'm a huge fan of and they are important to the sport of boxing and they're more loyal Fans.

However, the biggest grossing fights in boxing History always included an AMERICAN for a Reason...

So to now try and push a Narrative that "Americans Don't Sell" "Americans Don't Draw" is not only complete BS but it is INSULTING and it is exactly why this sport has declined DRASTICALLY in Popularity IN AMERICA. HBO switched to pushing Foreign fighters because they was CHEAPER and that ultimately drove HBO Boxing into the ground and out of boxing because the Average American wants to see AMERICANS!

      Your comparison is ******.
MLS teams are usually located in small suburbs where they have no other professional teams and tickets are really cheap. That doesn't really translate into higher tv ratings.

For the 2019 regular MLS season, viewership over the 62 televised broadcasts averaged 268,081 viewers according to research from World Soccer Talk. That compares to an average of 332,435 last year for the same number of games, marking a 19.35% decline in viewership across all MLS broadcasters combined — FS1, FOX, ESPN, ESPN2, Univision, UniMas and TUDN.
The only leagues that do well are the Premier League and LigaMX, neither of which are on Fox Sports.

It's not like Red Bull snowboarding and World Surfing League are so much more important that they can't make room in their schedule to televise a handful of international boxing events per month.

Soccer is still a top ten sport in the USA while boxing isn't. Alot of the soccer lovers here watch liga mx or the epl . The only mls fans I've seen were the ones who live in a city that have a team or have come from that city.

Fox Sports doesn't have any of the popular leagues and they also have a bunch of obscure sports so it doesn't make sense why they'd be so closed minded about international boxing.

If you're an American it's pretty obvious which network is interested in building you.

The Bundes league is one of the most popular league in soccer . And boxing is seen as a niche sport and the only time I hear anybody talk about around me it's always about a match that has either has Mexican or an American in it.
