I don’t care who wins the ratings battle but I don’t think PBC is running away with it like you claim.
Showtime didn’t run HBO out of town and Showtime might be on the verge of being run out of town themselves. It was DAZN along with increased interest from ESPN and Fox.
I was never a fan of De La Hoya or Tyson. But they were the two fighters who always commanded higher purses, even higher purses than fighters who were better than them. They were the two that did so I had to mention them when I brought up how the dynamics of boxing purses have changed.
Thanks for trying though!
you just crying cause pbc winning the ratings and Showtime ran hbo out of business and Oscar and Tyson were both over hyped both duck guys until they couldn't no more because their fans always made excuses and both lost whenever they stepped up to real boxers and their best wins were against old dudes and cab driversComment

Before Sugar Ray Leonard, you really couldn't point to a single fighter in the sport who fought for themselves.
Don King is Don King for a reason.
With fighters taking more and more on us for their own careers (Oscar, Roy, Hopkins, Floyd, etc), folks could no longer simply show up when they're told to and fightComment
