Where does the bias start?

From what I remember it was the same posters that are typically pro PBC fighters saying how they wouldn't buy DAZN no matter what and creating threads of how bad it is for boxing, it shouldn't be on an app because they can't figure it out, no one will watch it, it's doomed to fall etc. When did this happen? The critics of DAZN were people that purchased the service. They had a terrible viewing experience because of the glitching.
These weren’t pbc “fan gimps”, these were non biased fans from all races and nationalities.
Long before DAZN was even being thought about people hated against Haymon. HBO kicked him off the network and people like you celebrated because you thought haymon’s company would fold.
Instead he found a network, for Floyd a record deal, and then put on the 3 most watched ppv fights and the highest grossing event in the history of the sport.
You guys have been predicting his downfall for years and are wrong every time you do.
All whilst shilling how good value showtime/Fox PPV's are such as Spence Garcia where every fight was a mismatch.
I don't know how you didn't notice this unless you chose not to.Comment

I agree. I just like to watch good fighters in good fights and it makes no difference to me where I watch them. I do like DAZN because they show few advertisements. ESPN and fox show an unbelievable amount of ads.Comment

I'd say it started with handed down information. If someone happens to do or say something that's meant to be wrong so says all the people you ever respected in boxing then that taboo person is wrong and should be hated.
How else do you explain 41-0 40 KOs and hated?
50-0 and hated?
Taboo. When Hearn-Wilder was popping off Eddie would make comments rather similar to promoters from JJ/colorline era. Of course america, especially black america, didn't like that. Holding back black men because they don't bring fans is pretty much our black boxing history in a nutshell. To say that differently, telling a black man in america yes he's worthy skill wise but not compensation wise is some old school racist ****. Maybe Eddie didn't realize, maybe he didn't give a ****, but, either way, it's not hard to figure out when, where, or how an anti hearn bias was formed by a lot of black american boxing fans.Comment
