Canelo doesn't need to do anything of the sort. Guy is a super star while Masvidal parading around with a fake belt the UFC had to make for him to actually win one. If it happens it is Canelo's terms not this clown.

All this noise just proves how smart Connor McGregor is. Now everyone is trying to repeat his success with UFC and Mayweather. All of a sudden, every UFC fighter runs their mouth like there is no tomorrow and also calling out boxing cash cows.

Yet people and media insist that boxing is dead, yet you have all of these MMA fools are begging for a piece of the money Ca$h cow/boxing generates.

I find very interesting the disparity in the purses between sports. UFC is bigger than boxing. Canelo had to wait for Masvidal's fight to end so he could start his own. Disgraceful.

And yet Canelo wins 35 millions per fight no matter how bad his opponent is and without even bothering to learn to speak english or promote himself, while Masvidal is constantly being paired with top contenders, has to sell each fight with a lot of trashtalking and I doubt he even made a million in that fight with Diaz. He probably won around 150.000 against Darren Til and Ben Askren.

The UFC format is great for fans (top contenders are constantly facing each other) but horrible for fighters while the boxing format is great for fighters but horrible for fans (boxing fights have always ridiculously one sided odds, that almost never happens in UFC).

I would not be surprised if DAZN would be interested in doing it, after seeing what they did in the Canelo vs Kovalev. They're here to make money not to really care so much about the technicalities of the game.

DAZN wants every demographic, faction and ethnicity to toon in and the MMA faction has a pretty big following.
