Wow Boxingscene has the audacity to call Martin's win over the Glazkov a stoppage SMH. The man couldn't continue because he tore a ligament in his leg, Charles Martin was Never Meant To Be A Champion he got lucky and he never will be again

I’m sure Martin is a good guy. But unless he scores a major win against a top HW, he’s in the conversation with Bruce Seldon for lamest HW “champion” ever. Not including dopey “regular” or “interim”. Charr and that inactive guy King promotes top anyone on all time BS list

Good fighter but Ortiz and Wallin are top southpaws.

If a fighter can't continue due to an injury sustained during the fight its considered a technical knockout you fool.

Martin comes off as quite likeable but I'm not sure if he will win another title again

This guy is no bum, he gave Kownacki very good fight. I guess he just had very bad night against AJ.

Dont rate him as a legit contender but think him vs washington could be a decent fight.

He was absolutely destroyed by AJ, I don't think he has a hope after that.

Put him in with Ajagba, Hrgovic, Dubois etc. and it's a good fight

I know he's a bit of a meme after the AJ knockout and "the walk this earth like a god" video but that fight with Kownacki was real man. If he keeps training and improving, there is no reason why he couldn't beat him in a rematch and/or similar level opponents. Is he world champ material? No, but i'd pick him over Wallin!
