20 Floyd excuses for not fighting Pac

But when people say both May and Pac made excuses and act like it was the same for both, it's just not true.

Here is Pacquiao's statement:

If Floyd Mayweather Jr. truly ever wanted to fight me and he is not really scared, he would accept these terms I am willing to give him as they are above and beyond what the commission demands.
