Haymon just letting Angulo get a final Nice Payday and Opportunity mostly like before he hang up his gloves. I'm OK with this as long as Benavidez is next
Caleb Plant To Defend Title vs Alfredo Angulo! STAYS DUCKING DAVID BENAVIDEZ!

Well he has a win over rank 4 super middleweight Eubank
Plant has nothing
I don’t disagree that Saunders resume is thin, and I don’t rate him that highly. But I can’t see how you would rate Plant above him, as there is literally no evidence for itComment

Angulo to get another beat down. I don't know how anybody can justified this. The last fight Angulo won was because he was less shot than Quillan.Comment

That win was razor thin, and I don't know why Eubank is ranked so highly at 168...Was it his win over a shot to **** Abraham? or his win over a shot to **** Degale? (****, I just noticed Eubank is fighting Koborov next? That's a loss for Eubank IMO)
And I think the Uzcategui performance was better than anything Saunders has put forward minus the Lemieux win. Sure, Saunders might have a name or two more, but he's also looked awful in every fight he's been in.Comment

I see an argument as to why Saunders isn’t top flight, but not an argument as to why Plant should be ranked higher
Maybe in future he will be, if Plant actually fights someone, but not as it standsComment

he is ducking nothing. He'd probably beat the hell out of that thug anyways.Sources: Caleb Plant’s first super middleweight title defense of 2020 will come against Alfredo Angulo, likely on Feb. 15. Plant scored a third-round TKO of Mike Lee in July, while Angulo edged Peter Quillin via decision in September
