I think that an active Russell beats most everybody at his weight. However, Stevenson looks like the ring is the only place where he's in control of just everything. It's a tough call, perhaps Russell by a hair.

I think Russell's hand speed might make it a bit difficult for Stevenson to counter. But then I wonder if Russell would have the foot speed to cut the ring off, or if he would need to with his hand speed. Would be a hell of a match up with high level stuff going on.
