Wbc also had no problem when Benavidez failed a drug test and allowed him to immediately get a shot at his belt.

PEDweather was at his apex when he fought Canelo. PEDweather was fast, extremely sharp, and was at is most mastered as far as experience. That version of PEDweather would have schooled any other previous version of PEDweather.

I don’t count that win for Floyd. Canelo was green and it was at a catchweight.

          DONT COUNT

Reminder that David Benavidez ducked his wbc mandatory in Avni Yildirim and chose to lose his belt at the scales rather than fight him

              Ducked Yildrim

I think Benavidez is completely unproven at a high level but Yildrim is garbage and would be easy work for anyone half decent.

Didn't Yildirim just lose to Little Lever's Meat Cleaver, aka Jack Cullen, in Eddie Hearn's back yard?

23 years old and over 40 fights, and you call him green? Sal Sanchez was younger and well into his reign. RIP

You either keep ignoring his lack of numerous amateur fights, which are important in a young fighters development because you didn’t know….or you’re just a hater and don’t give a damn as long as you can run Canelos name through the mud.

And how many fights did Sanchez have? Amateur of course. By the way I have nothing to do with canelos career, I wish I had. But just not pretend that's not been without controversy, in many cases he's been favored by the powers to be, WBC, carefully match making, and even outside the ring when he broke the 105 pounds Solis bones. He ain't a Saint and he have boxing fans that don't like favoritism. In any case, he's been blessed by making so much money. He ain't Duran, Chavez or SRL. Be safe.
