Let's think a bit about the hate for Deontay Wilder

Could it be because all of you are jealous of his success? The dude has KO power and beating all of the great white hopes in Fury and others. I saw a bunch of dudes here thinking Joshua would've beaten him. The same Joshua that got beat by that taco vendor Ruiz, who's first name I've already forgotten. He already whooped Fury with those to knockdowns and got robbed twice. He's easily the best heavyweight of the last 20 years. None of you have any arguments against this, because there is none!

If you think he’s the best in last 20 years, I think you’re wrong. If you think he’s the most exciting, you might be right. He’s gotten better over the years but if you’re honest, you’ll admit he’s been protected until recently.

All the great white hopes? The Brits don't even like Fury that much.

But i agree he gets too much hate but i will admit he brings it on himself more than half of the time.

( Notice how the guys who claim im biased never around when i make unbiased comments about the guys i support)

Robbie, Vladolick or wateva tf your name is. U Piece of Shyt lol

He breaks the ideals of the sport, like Marciano.

I've seen a ton of reasons, but, those two couldn't be more different outside of their being 'wrong' and 'obvious' all the time, and the criticisms I field for both men are pretty much the same all the time.

I don't deny there's plenty of factors, I'm pretty confident I've read every form of hate it could possibly take at this point. I'm not suggesting folks who say they have an issue with his mouth are lying, I'm sure they do, but, it seems to me people with an issue like that, personality, or racism/nationalism, is in the minority by quite a lot.

Been called a bum his whole career, other **** came later, and to this day bum is pretty much the go to. Not always that term, but the point is there. A lot of folks just don't appreciate what Wilder brings to boxing.

It's okay, it isn't like people actually put much into trying to figure out Marciano either. Remember, he's obvious too. They dunno what a phantom overhead is, but, Rocco, and Wilder, are some obvious, telegraphed, stumbling, bums, lucky to have the power to get them as far as they've gotten.

            Just the way it is.

When you hear your whole life from people you trust "to be successful one must do X" and a guy comes around and he never ever does X, not even close, loads of people are going to say he's **** and support that idea with all sorts of surface level rationalization.

Wilder's not very good, who has he fought? You get it. who has he fought is secondary to not being very good. Not being very good isn't reflective of his record but rather his skillset. If they thought he was very good then it's be something more to the tune of I can't wait to see him prove himself.

My two cents anyway. Been a Marciano fan since before I got here and a Wilder fan since 2012. I'm telling you, their critics say the exact same **** and always have. What's really funny is when Wilder fans tell me I'm silly for being a Marciano fan and then proceed to tell me the same **** I know they read in regards to Wilder.

You'd be ABSOLUTELY WRONG there. The dude is exciting and the best fundamentals fighter I have ever seen. The dude would knock out a prime Muhammad Ali. Have you seen this *****s right cross? Knocking out all champs with that right cross. All it takes is one baby, BOMB SQUAD!! How can he be protected when he's been knocking out all challengers? You DKSAB!!

MARCIANO FOUGHT ALL BUMS IN THE 1950'S MAN. IF YOU BROUGHT HIM TO TODAYS ERA; HE WOULD GET KNOCKED OUT BY ALL THE HUGE HEAVYWEIGHTS OF TODAY. Can you even imagine him against Vitali Klitschko? Marciano would be kayoed in like 3 rounds. I know you worshipping the fighters of yesteryear, but you got to realize that that time is long since past! Marciano would get knocked out brutally and retire early. I watched some of that bums fights, and all he does is wing random shots, and that's the best fighter of his generation? Shoot, muhammad ali would have smoked that dude EASY. You got to realize that Deontay Wilder is the strongest heavyweight we've seen in decades. That dude could knock out a horse with one shot!

Fury was the great white hope before he got dropped twice like a joke by Wilder. Every white fighter that comes around, everyone on this board jumps on him like he's the next best thing. Then when he gets exposed; they all jump off the wagon, like what happened to GGG. You are very biased to European fighters; you think that they're better than the Americans or something. But, guess what BABY, BOMB SQUAD DEONTAY WILDER IS BETTER THAN ALL THOSE EUROPEAN BUMS. LETS GET THIS ROLLIN BABY!
