    Now that he has signed a contract to fight Daniel Jacobs, Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. cannot miss a test by the Voluntary Anti-Doping Association. VADA reported Chavez to the Nevada State Athletic Commission when its tester couldn't locate Chavez last month. According to Hearn, Chavez had not yet signed a contract to box Jacobs when he wasn't available for that VADA test, but that didn't stop the NSAC from suspending Chavez.

                  WHat if he tests positive for PEDs? WIll he be out of the fight then or can he use the "tainted mexican beef" excuse?

                              Chavez is paranoid? He's up and down? Rosado on the sidelines? What kind of promotion is this? Reverse psychology sale? The only way Chavez pulls a rabbit out of the hat is if he's well, but he isn't. Jr says he is, but he's slamming doors and looking over his shoulder. Oh well, I got nothing better to do.

                                  Hearn is not supposed to act as a messenger for UKAD by passing on confidential information to Rivas or anybody else. Blame UKAD for their confidentiality rules, not Hearn. He didn't make those rules, but as a licensed promoter, he has to comply with them.
