That's not subjective its FACT all the remaining champs are at the height of their powers & they are pretty much all in their primes & have every natural advantage in size reach etc.(even though if nelo beats undefeated champs like Beterbieve at 35 yrs old because he started late he'll be said to have cherrypicked him too) but nobody would be capable of saying what nelo did doesn't get him a table of those who can claim to have tbe resume & therefore are tbe.(regardless of who he beats certain ppl will still say Ali etc are the greatest due to nostalgia etc. But nelo would've done something Literally unprecedented if he somehow beat a few more of the champs who are all 6'+ )

aah, right... yep well, that would make a phenomenal resume

if Canelo beat 3 of the following 4... Benavidez/Plant/Smith/Saunders ... and then he beat the Beterbiev/Bivol winner ... without taking a loss ... that would be extremely special

and like you say, anything else above that would become truly legendary

    a big ask

lucky that the fat red kid has balls of steel... we will probably get to find out

But the bum GGG was trying to fight should NOT secure Canelo. Canelo besting ATG HOF while GGG back to fighting bums after LOSING to Dervenchenko
GGG battered Derev... look at the state of his face afterwards, looked like hed been hit by a fookin lorry.

GGG does what Clenelo doesn't - fight his mandatories!

nobody cares about this 3rd installment...I don't even think golovkin thinks he can do better...he just wants the check....
Would a 37 year old year old Canelo take on a a young buck in their prime? I think not - hes already not doing it now at 29 years old lool. At 37 years old the reality is canelo would be getting knocke out regurlary bacause his lateral movement and reflexes would be shot to sheet!

This is really the only fight to generate any real buzz for Canelo at the moment.

Would a young ggg fight anyone in their prime? Fck no! He went pro at age 24 ggg has around less than half the rds boxed as nelo, would ggg fight the resume nelo has since he was still a teen? No he faced nothing but scrubs as hes still doing whenever possible,he never would fight champ lhw Kovalev at any stage, ggg prefers lil guys smaller than him

Canelo just keeps on getting better and I think he is at the absolute top of his game while Golovkin is in the decline. Golovkin just can’t keep up the pace he used to when he was younger and Canelo’s skill set is too great. Canelo’s punch selection is excellent. Footwork is much improved. He’s patient and does not waste energy.

Golovkin gets touched too much now. He was never great defensively. Noticeable kinks in his armor. That is the difference.

Still would be an entertaining fight while it would last. They are made for each other. Bring it on!
Its been said before but it really is a central issue - Canelo is 29 and Golovkin is 37. People go on as if Golovkin is some invincible monster who can defy the hands of time.

Lets have it right, the prime 30 year old version of Golovkin who made his American debut in 2012 would've MURDERED Canelo either knocking him out or forcing Reynoso to throw in the towel. That is an absolute concrete fact and anyone who disputes that is biased to the point where they want to perform felatio on Canelo.

Atleast ggg didnt fight khan lol foh. Had to eat “tainted meat” to get courage to fight ggg, how come he never failed a test before that? Got a gift decision for lara and ggg in first fight but now nelo fan club all over the ggg v derev fight. That fight with kov was like really roy jones goin up to fight john ruiz, just an easy claim to another weight class belt smh, but to hear clenelo fans talk about it, its like he beat beterbiev or a prime mike tyson lol cmon now. He had charlos there, prime young fighters and acted like they didnt exist, we all know they take that payday. I will say this tho if ggg doesnt stick to the jab and invest in body shots fully for first 6 rounds canelo will beat him, at his age he cant afford head hunting because canelo has great head movement now, but it wont look as good if he decide to fight a true skilled boxer who actually in his age bracket.

I don't think it's possible for Golovkin to win against Canelo anymore. It'll generate DAZN subs though.....
