Reckon that's a good fight for both fighters.

You'll get no arguments on the pedigree of Usyk from me, I think he's an outstanding fighter at any weight. I'm talking more about the politics of championship boxing, if he wins the WBO on it's own he'll spend the rest of his career chasing unification's that may never happen. He was lucky everyone that mattered signed up to the WBSS Cruiserweights and he was undisputed within 18 months, there'll be no such luck at HW.

        Agreed.

Chisora isn't an elite heavyweight, but he's a step up in levels from Chazz Witherspoon. Also, it's reasonable for Usyk to have a couple of warm up fights at heavyweight prior to taking on an elite fighter.

There has been a rotation system in place for doing heavyweigh title mandatories.

I don't get why Hearn keeps saying that both the WBO and IBF mandos are due at the same time. Just stick to the rotation.

Hearn twists the truth clearly he doesn’t want his man to have to face Usyk if he beats Ruiz, the WBO won’t strip anybody having to wait for the IBF mandate to take precedence due to rotation.

What I don’t understand is how Hearn believes Usyk vs Chisora would be ordered for a vacant belt even should they, Chisora isn’t in line if anything Usyk will be overlooked for a vacant title challenge if Chisora vs Usyk is signed off on and the belt for any reason becomes vacant the org would likely order the two top ranked available contenders unfortunately Chisora does not fit that criteria although if it’s ppv in the U.K. I’m sure the WBO would be happy to piggy back the ppv.

Regardless if Ruiz or AJ win the WBO won’t be over eager to strip either, one a U.K. ppv headliner the other a Mexican American unified heavyweight champ ! Go figure, Hearn is just concerned Usyk details the gravy chain should AJ get it back on the tracks.

So many people overestimate this Usyk, it is becoming ridiculous. I even have doubts if he is able to handle Chisora...

If Usyk can't hurt him he's in for a very very rough night and I could see him losing. When you fight Chisora you better knock him out or else you're going to definitely suffer some sort of punishment.

Chisora would be the ultimate heavyweight test for Usyk and tell us a lot about how good and how strong the Ukrainian can be at the weight. I actually think that if Chisora is motivated enough and in good enough shape, he could rough Usyk up, maybe even beat him. This is a fight that should be made for Jan/Feb, before Usyk gets in the ring with AJ.

Chisora is not an easy fight for anyone at heavyweight, so tough test for Usyk.

Yes, Chisora has many loses, but he always comes to fight and he has fought many good fighters.

Usyk is elite, but elite cruiserweight.

Chisora on the other hand is very experienced heavyweight. I won`t be surprised if he beats Usyk.
