Well he’s not wrong in general. Whether it affected his brothers fight, i don’t know or care but he’s right.

Boxing is as corrupt as any other industry. People are in bed with each other to make money and if that means rigging things in their favour and shafting someone, then they will. It’s always been a corrupt sport and always will be.

Look at Canelo. Everyone on this forum knows he’s never losing a competitive fight on the cards, what kinda sporting event is that? But there’s too much invested in him that it’s just how it is. Not just Canelo but it’s been proven many times with him. It’d probably be the same for Fury with his new ESPN deal or AJ with Matchroom/Sky too. GGG with his big DAZN deal. The opponents are going into these fights knowing that if it’s close, they have lost, so it must throw off their game a bit.

It is rigged in peoples favour, let’s not pretend it isn’t just because Jake Paul said it.

But there you go, if they plan on sticking around the boxing world then at least they see the realities of it now.
