Well they better give the fans fights people want to see, otherwise they'll be out of the fight game. Just make Spence vs Crawford and that'll get the ball rolling in the right direction lol

I noticed SHOWTIME was slowing down, as things shifted to FOX and ESPN. I like the SHOWBOX broadcasts though. Prospects and occasionally a veteran looking to get back in the mix.

Very raw young boxers, and things can get heated . Showtime is on the borderline, but they're doing just enough to keep me on board.

Speaking of FOX...Boom Boom Mancini ...where has this guy been? FOX found the guy with the funniest bomb reaction! "OOOOOHHHHHHH!!!!" . OMG, this guy . He favors walk down brawlers and gets on runners. I think he does the FS1 shows, and the Lennox-Goosen team does FOX. Put him with Lennox and Goosen on FOX!

Dazn states a couple of months ago that they are done with inflated purses and contracts. They are undoubtedly still deeply in the red with the Canelo and GGG contracts which were just absolutely ridiculous in terms of return. Canelo’s last bout wasn’t even a sell out and I’d be very intersted to hear the viewing numbers as there was zero casual buzz about this fight and not exactly a groundswell of boxing fan interest.
The difference between hbo and showtime is that showtime had access to the PBC stable which is rich in American fighters....hbo was doing business with golden boy and top rank both of which had few american fighters. It’s expressly why top rank on ESPN has been relegated to the ESPN+ app rather than ESPN and espn2

I think what makes PBC so good is that they have fighters from everywhere! They have Pacquiao, Dervy, Baranchyk, Stanionis, Ajagba, Kownacki, Ortiz, Lara, Castano, Eubank Jr., Badou Jack, Ugas, Lipinets, LSC, Rigo, and many more!

Offering Jacobs a two fight $24 million deal and Kovalov close to that to get them in the ring to fight Canelo can’t help!

Most guys only made around $5 million to fight Floyd with some PPv upside. But this $30 million++ 3!fight deals to get them in the ring with Canelo can’t last???

And paying 36 year old GGG $15-25 million per fight is INSANE!!!

Did Rolls count as part as that 6 fight deal??? If so he already burned through half his contract almost with

            Rolls
            Sergiy
            Kermit Szeremeta next

How the HELL is DAZN even going to let that fight happen when they kicked and screamed so loud when most thought Andrade was going to be next??? They wanted Canelo to take a five million cut to offset paying him $10 million plus...

ShoBox The New Generation is a pay channel ripoff of ESPN Friday night fights...thanks but no thanks.

Fights like that should be free.

I agree! He has fighters of all races and lifestyles. MexiCANS have been out spoken about how Al gets them paid!!!

When was the last time GB, Bob Arum, Duva gave bonuses even above agreed purses??? Fighters have been on RECORD saying they got another $ million plus bonus above what they thought????

Blah!!! Bob Arum would die of a heart attack if you even brought that up!!!!

He ****D PAC soo bad I’m surprised he he’s not in Jail.

To be fair Oscar used to give KO’s of the night and best fight bonuses but haven’t seen that in years!!! That’s fee coke and kitchen supplies he was throwing away...

You say Canelo was to take a five million cut to offset paying Andrade $10 million. Where does that come from? Do you have a source?

Lets not make believe Wilder/Ortiz is some Holyfield Bowe because it's not, not even close, not in the same orbit.
Showtime dumped the fight for a reason, It's a younger guy that knocked out an older guy in a rematch with the same guy but even older, a guaranteed knock out but faster, a repeat, again...for $75.00.

Re-watch that Colossal Rematch between wilder vs breazeale and save your money.
