Inoue was so badly hurt in 9th round I thought Nonito would stop him. But somehow Inoue came back strong in that 11 th round. #FOTY.

I have much respect for Nonito especially in the 8th and 9th rounds, I feel he could have scored a KD In the 9th, had that man woozy

I guess as talented as Inoue is, he isn’t invincible and almighty powerful against better competition

He’s supposed to announce a top rank signing imminently

Idk how he will translate to casual American audiences in ESPN, idk if he will connect with folks outside of the hardcore boxing bubble

But that’s not his problem, he just gotta fight and collect checks stateside, good luck to him and his career

      Btw Rigondeaux schooled Nonito
Good point except the Rigo part. The Loma fight showed he doesn't have heart. Inoue would destroy Rigo.

Styles make fights. Inoue isn't destroying Rigo.

        Anyways.

That fight was a great fight. Inoue vs Donaire was great. It was even the whole way through until the knockdown. Nonito was hurting BAD after that body shot. He took a jog in the middle of the fight from it.

But Nonito is such a beast man. He took it, took the knee, got back up and fought through it. Even stunned Naoya with a left hook.

Man does Naoya have a chin. He was eating dumb hard Nonito left hooks. Those punches usually put guys to sleep and Naoya was eating them with his face.

Hats off to both of them. This fight was fantastic.

That fight showed Rig. Had no business fighting at 130 lbs

I don't rate that as one of his best wins. Khan has been beneath Crawford in skill since the day we saw Crawford easily outbox Prescott on short notice in a weightclass above what he normally fought at.

He quit but he also was two weight classes smaller then Loma. I don’t see Loma fighting anyone above 135.

Postol, Gamboa, Dulorme, Beltran, Burns, Diaz and Horn. Burns, Beltran, and Gamboa were the best at 135 with Burns winning a gift decision over Beltran. Crawford outclassed them both. Postol was rated the best at 140 with many on this board saying he would expose Crawford. No one has beat Postol by such a wide margin with the current best at 140 Taylor struggling with an older inactive Postol. Dulorme was a solid opponent for a first fight at 140 and Crawford stopped him(not even bothering to switch southpaw) something neither Ugas or Jessie Vargas could do. Diaz gave Peterson all he could handle with many feeling he deserved the win and easily beat Granados, same Granados that gave Broner all he could handle(got robbed?). Crawford made Diaz look like a fool. Horn took Pac's best shots he is durable and strong. Crawford made him look like a fool. Do you see the pattern. All these fighters that gave other popular/hyped up opponents tough fights yet they got embarrassed when they faced Crawford and none of them were old or considered past their prime athletically. Why is that?
