Mayweather was better than Ward, but Alvarez is more skilled than pacquiao. So it all levels out.

Ward retired at a relatively young age. He still had about 2-3 big fights left in him imo. I was disappointed to see him go, but he was adamant. Now i'd be disappointed to see him return.
