I really don't remember when Donaire went from being this absolute beast who ko'd Montiel, to the guy who was losing to Darchinyan and saved himself with a hail mary. Perhaps it was the Rigondeaux loss, it felt like he lost his sense of invincibility that night...maybe in a similar way to what Barrera did to Naz?

RIP him in this fight though...i'll still be wishing for a 1 punch KO as Inoue is still finding his range regardless hahah

At 118, that left hook can save him anyday. He is old, but he is still the bigger man with speed & power that Inoue has never seen before. Inoue is definitely the favorite for reasons we all know, but Donaire is still a serious danger to anybody in this division even at this point in his career. Hopefully he doesn't get even older overnight. This is a true crossroads matchup of the highest level.
