Devin Haney will become the face of boxing

Devin Haney is only 20 years old right now but Lomachenko is already ducking him. Haney will do what Floyd did- move up through the divisions and eventually fight Canelo and beat Canelo.

In 5-6 years Haney will beat Spence and Canelo and become the face of boxing.

    Mark my words.

You had me until the beating canelo bs. That's just rediculous that they'll ever fight. Haney is a special talent & future of boxing like nelo once was.

No such thing as the face of boxing. Boxing is made up of many good fighters. Big stars only fight twice a year. What are fans to do the rest of the time???? I enjoy many good fighters not just one face of boxing fighter. Haney is good but not proven. How could you possibly know he will ever be big enough to fight Spence or Canelo who just fought at 175??? Not everybody grows bigger or heavier after age 20. I know I was as big at age 20 as I ever was, Hagler turned pro at 19 as a middleweight and retired at 33 as a middleweight. Mayweather only went from 130 to 147 and he wasn't a big welterweight. He won titles at 154 but that was not his weight and he never defended those title and fought Canelo at a catchweight of 152. He was probably never the best at 154. I don't think Haney will be as great as you say he will 5 or 6 years from now. Somebody good will kick his ass.Mark my words.

He's not even the face of Matchroom USA. Logan Paul is getting a bigger push.

I hope they make Haney-Fortuna immediately. I want to see Haney against a guy like that.

I think a lot of us are rooting for him. Some are just salty that he called out fighters they like.

The notion that he will one day be the transcendent guy ala Canelo circa now is premature and bold as hell, but he's certainly primed to be one of the handful of p4p guys on the lips of casuals and bystanders; at very least a Crawford or Loma relative to the Canelo of the moment.
