Artur Beterbiev speaks well. Manny Pacquiao is fluent. Gennady Golovkin speaks good English. Oleksandr Usyk speaks good English. Just Canelo is either very dumb or just hates Americans except for their money.
Hell, even Adrian Broner almost speaks better English than Canelo.

Why should he be bothered to learn English when you have pretty much every whites and blacks in this country that hate Mexicans and Mexican boxers?
