They're in the shock/denial stage. Most of them will come around to accept that Canelo is the #1 p4p best fighter of his era. There will be some stubborn ones who never move on like the ones who to this day still swear that the Andy Ruiz/Joshua fight was fixed.

Those people willingly choose to reject reality and substitute it with their own. Those are the people who are likely to end up in a psych ward down the line.

I don't know if it was a fix but it was very very su****ious. As has been the reaction on here and all across social media, people are asking a very simple question, "why was a professional fighters, with 20+ years of experience iin this sport, pro and am, not throwing meaningful punches?"

Sergey fought slow because that's what you do with a smaller man, it's why Wlad was always slow.

I had Krusher winning on points until the KO. His gameplan wasn't bad, he did not underperform, Canelo snuck a shot behind the guard and rocked him then waited for the perfect moment and clipping him dead ****in' on perfect. WAAAAY too much credit is given to these guy's ability to choreograph

If that fight looked fake to you, you don't know **** about fixed fights or historically staple game plans.

If that fight was fake it's the best choreographed fix known to boxing. I'd still be praising their asses. You can't even pretend to do that **** so what the **** you crying about? Canelo couldnt put a dent in Matthew Hatton or a tiny shot to bits Cotto but he can move up 3 weight classes and brutally knock out the LHW champion and you act like this is all totally normal, and anyone that says anything is a hater or a eastern european lover.

Roided or not, HBO, several ESPN outlets, The Telegraph, The Guardian, CBS, USA Today, Yahoo Sports etc etc all had GGG winning by a margin of 2 or 4 points (mostly). In fact, when looking at the collected press row scores, 40 of them were for GGG, with I think less then 20 for a draw and 2 (yes, the number after 1) for Canelo.

GGG didn't lose that fight.

And what does beating Jacobs have to do with anything? Jacobs isn't Kovalev.
