I do believe Kovalev was done but at the same time I believe referees should always issue a count. At the least to eight. Might not have mattered in this fight but for all the fights to come I hope they do the right thing.

The guy was hung up like laundry. No need to count.

Kovalev legs went to jelly after the left hook, then he left himself wide open, got hit with a clean right and looked like he was momentarily unconscious as he slumped to the canvas. Ref did the right thing this time although it was a hasty stoppage it was ultimately the correct call.

Because it was fixed ,the punches weren't even that great kovalev I imagine could be easily bought to heighten canelo draw,he was easily catching canelo but didn't sit down on any punches the fix was fixed that whole round was weird like he was looking to throw the fight

I feel like I was watching Povetkin- Price, especially after that left hook. Glad the fight was stop straight away.
