Fk this. I fell asleep after round 7. It was nearly 5am. It was a stinker up til that point. Great KO. Canelo vs Beterbiev?

That was NOT the Krusher in that ring tonight! Something looked very su****ious about that whole entire fight. I noticed the way Kov and Canelo would touch gloves after each round like they were sparring in the gym. It's like they were in sync, on the same page with...something. Canelo gets no credit for this bs fight. Dazn seriously needs Canelo to win and they probably don't want to leave anything up to chance after the freak accident known as Andy Ruiz killed their other cash cow/instagram model Anthony Joshua. I bet the illuminati had something to do with this. I wonder what Andre Ward's thoughts are on this fight. I wonder if Ward will be the next one to take a career payday to lay down for Ca$hNelo...

Kovalev was trying to get points ,he was afraid to use his right hand + his ****ty stamina,Kovalev is just a good opponent for Canelo stylewise ,smart pick.

          Brutally"???

Really? Brutally??? It was an ordinary punch, and Kovalev just sat it out while the ref waves his hands immediately without checking if Kovalev is fit to continue. The entire fight was a ho-hum and not exciting, too much technical moves and lack of motion. What a dud.

Canelo simply wore Krusher out or rather Krusher wore himself out. Canelo kept the pressure on all the way and made him jab jab jab, every now and then Canelo would throw a big one at the head and mostly miss, K was doing some nice evasive work and taking micro second rests when he could.

But then K lost concentration for a moment and **** ****, left and right, down and out. Pretty boring fight really but Canello did what he had to do and wearing the bigger man out worked. Props to him, a bloody top boxer.

There is a difference between excuses and reality.
The reality was that kovalev was winning the fight on points. The refs still has canelo winning. How is that even possible? Canelo hardly threw anything.... Good fight, he won however he was losing on points...

Give him credit, he went up 2 weight divisions and stopped a guy who just stopped a young talented fighter, yarde, at light heavyweight in his previous fight. Give credit where it’s due. Much respect to canelo for that brutal ko.

And here is the other thing. Canelo and his team came in with a strategy, anyone that didn’t pick that up is a novice boxing fan. Styles make fights and they knew constant pressure, body shots, would eventually open up the stoppage late. And a lot of people on this forums predicted that so why is it a suprise. I doubt if canelo will come forward with his guard up against every fighter. He fought different in the 1st ggg fight and with danny jacobs. A commentator said that during the fight that it was something he may have picked up from floyd, stick to the corners plan regardless if your behind in the fight.

Laundry list of excuses tonight....you guys are hilarious with the hate...lmao!!!!

                1. Fight was fixed
                2. Sergey took a dive
                3. Canelo is on roids
                4. Sergey fought on a broken leg or surgically repaired one
                5. It was buddy’s fault
                6. Canelo didn’t look good
                7. Sergey was winning almost every round
                8. Sergey was diminished goods
                9. Canelo cherry picked
                10. Rehydration

all other excuses on the boxing forum...lol!!!!

Kovalev was throwing weak pathetic jabs from the opening bell. He didn’t try to win at all.
