Don`t care. Kovalev will be remembered as 175 champ brutally stopped by a middleweight, lol.

Canelo hasn't really been wobbled by anybody for years so why load up with punches? Because of a % chance it might work? Well they calculated it had a lesser chance of winning than their own gameplay. That's not to say some of his punches didn't crack, the uppercut he caught Canelo with would have knocked you or I out i'm sure

It's not like 300+ million dollars is part of this overall equation. It's not like they needed to add some value somehow. Right? That this fight was even happening in the first place was suspect. These two probably spent weeks choreographing this.
"Does anyone seriously think Kovalev is going to try his absolute best to beat Canelo ?
There's a reason he's getting paid 8 figures sums, and there's a reason oddsmakers have Canelo a 3-1 favorite in a weight-class he never fought at, against a dominant champion to boot.
Kovalev will do a Golovkin, box one of his worst match looking nothing like a well schooled champion/world class amateur and forgetting inexplicably to throw his best shots.
It will be Canelo that will look like he was a world class amateur standout instead."
