Berchelt is a longtime belt holder and is trying to fight Valdez to earn his shot at Loma so he should also precede Haney. Loma has options and Haney doesn't bring anything to the table. Hearn needs to pay up a career high payday and then some if Loma is going to give up big paychecks against more recognizable fighters.
If you are going to take this stance, I'd like to hear your take on Crawford's situation.

If you remain consistent, I respect your opinion. If I see inconsistencies, I will deem your argument as invalid. That's all.

Who doesn't know who Devin Haney is? Especially now?

Someone just argued Berchelt to me. So Berchelt is more known then Haney?

Who? Anyone that doesn't post on this board, that's who.

Berchelt is also a virtual nobody.

Tank is the fight they should be making after the Commey/Lopez winner.

Is Haney gonna hang around and fight nobody while hoping to someday get a fight with Loma or will he actually fight someone we've heard of eventually?

Well Tank will become the WBA mandatory to Lomachenko, but history will most likely repeat itself and Lomachenko will find a way to avoid that.

Loma will probably steer clear of Tank and Haney. Already did it to Haney, can't see why he won't do it again to Tank.

Crawford is already a well known and accomplished fighter. He's not an up and comer needing to prove himself. Crawford vs. Spence is the best fight that can be made in the sport right now. Loma vs. a Logan Paul undercarder isn't that type of fight. If Haney was as highly regarded as Crawford then he'd have a legitimate argument that he's being ducked by the top fighters.

Paper Champ Haney fighting a 12 fight novice ranked outside the top 25.

How long till the paper champ steps up?

It has been 4 years and 24 fights.

The opponent has 4 KO’s. Sounds dangerous LOL.
