Kovalev is garbage. Anybody watch his fights since Ward?? He’s a piece of crap.

Still has to be very careful. Despite Kovalev not being AS dangerous as he once was, he’s still dangerous and can still KO or outbox Canelo. If Canelo can’t get inside consistently, due to Kovalev keeping him on the outside, he won’t be able to do anything to him. Everyone thinks Kovalev can only KO Canelo, but I think if he fights smart he can win on points. But fighting smart would mean “running” and the judges might not like that.

        Huh...
I'm not afraid to pick anybody. Some guys grab a nut and won't let go. As soon as their boy loses, they got to change their name and hang their head. I like underdogs and road warriors. I'll bet against the favorite just because.

m8, we saw you lose to krusher and then smack him in the balls fifty times in the rematch, we dont need you to comment on every fight as if you are the supreme knowledge on anything and everything boxing.

nothing more cringe than seeing people wear glasses to appear 'more smarter', they always carry themselves like such pretentious *******s.
I was going to comment, but you summed it all up already. Nice going.

Ward got a gift decision the 1st fight and the 2nd fight with help from the ref got a tko via low blows. Wards smartest move was to retire. Son of low blows was about to catch an L and he knew it.

Well Ward is correct in his assessment of KOvalev. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see that
the russian isn't nearly as formidable as he was before. However, one has to make me wonder
the real motivation behind Ward's statement. Is it because he's worried about Canelo defeating
Kovalev fairly? (albiet a long gone version) Something he never did. Practically every neutral expert
in the sport had Kovalev beating Ward 115-112 (average), as did I. The 2nd fight should have been
ruled a DQ in favor of Kovalev. That fight, IMO, marred and sullied the reputation of the sweet science.
Never in my 25 years of viewing boxing have I seen a deliberate low blow be the last punch thrown in a
contest that was waved off as a TKO win for the offender, but that is what every rational spectator saw.
That may have contributed to Kovalev's mental decline, and could have caused him to lose the hunger for the sport, as he likely felt betrayed.
