I agree with this. He wouldn't have stepped on the scale wearing that big necklace if he thought there would be a chance of not making the weight.

Kovalev now has to make sure to make 184 for the 2nd weigh-in ... That way GBP scale won't screw him again...

On a side note, I felt canelo looked softer than his previous fights.
Crazy he wants to weigh in almost at the top limit.
I wonder how he goes with the extra weight stamina wise
